Tankly (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data Collection

Tankly collects and stores the following data locally on your device:

• Daily water intake records
• Achievement and progress data
• App preferences and settings
• Unlocked items and mystery creatures

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s secure storage frameworks. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on external servers.

Apple Health Integration

If you enable Apple Health integration:

• Your water intake data is synced with the Apple Health app
• This data is subject to Apple’s Health app privacy policy
• You can disable this integration at any time in Settings

Game Center

If you use Game Center features:

• Your scores and achievements are submitted to Apple’s Game Center
• Your Game Center profile and data are subject to Apple’s Game Center privacy policy
• This is optional and can be disabled in your device settings

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data remains on your device.

Children’s Privacy

Tankly does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time using the “Reset All Data” option in the app’s Settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
